Can we pee while wearing the condom?
Yes, you can, but it depends upon the situation and comfort.
Is it safe for women to put into the vagina?
Yes, it is safe but it's made up of Natural latex rubber. So before putting it in the vagina please confirm with your general physician / gynaecologist if you might be allergic to it. But if you've been using male condoms, then you should be fine using it.
How it is different from men's condoms?
Condoms for men and women look different, but both work in the same way: by creating a barrier that blocks semen and other fluids. Female condoms fit inside the vagina to prevent pregnancy and STDs and it is an internal condom. Whereas, male condoms are external condoms and covers the penis.
For how much time can the condom be used?
It depends upon the condition and situation.
In this period of time, how many times can we have intercourse?
This depends upon the comfort and feel of users.
Is there any risk of the condom getting stuck or does it go deep into the vagina?
No studies are reported regarding this, so the possibility is zero.
But can condoms like this be used as a dental dam pre-intercourse?
Yes, it can be but we do not suggest this.
Doesn't it interfere with the process? Doesn't it come out or move?

Can I use this every day?
Yes, it’s recommended to repeat your Kegel exercises for 3 to 5 minutes every day.
Does it hurt while inserting?
Before inserting, lie down and relax your vagina. For smooth insertion, you can use a water-based lubricant.
Can I use Kegel balls while walking?
Once you’re familiar and comfortable with Kegel balls, you can resume your walking, running, etc. while wearing them.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an auto-generated Email and SMS. Your Order ID and estimate time of delivery will be provided.
Can I modify my details after placing the order?
You have a maximum of 6 hours to modify your shipping details or your contact number. Write to us at hello@domina.care to help you out.
Can the order be modified after placing one already?
Unfortunately, you won't be able to modify your order once you've already placed one. However, you can always place a new one. We're easy and quick.
How long do I have to wait for my order?
Our delivery is quite speedy. We take 5-7 working days (10-14 working days for Domina Handheld Full Body Massager) to make you happy.
Is your packaging discreet?
Domina packages are shipped in a plain brown mailer with no exterior branding. We keep the excitement inside the box, just for you.

Can I cancel my order?
Of course, you can. This is a democracy! Write to us at hello@domina.care to do the same.
Can an item be exchanged or refunded?
Once delivered, we don't have a return policy or an exchange one. If an item has defects or if we've delivered something wrong by accident, then your items will be replaced within 7 business days. A refund is only applicable for orders which weren't delivered to the customer.
How long does a refund take?
Typically, a refund takes 7-10 business days.
